As AET’s CEO, Mr. Borsari oversees all aspects of AET’s businesses operations and operating divisions. Mr. Borsari brings over 25 years of senior management responsibility for software and service solutions in private, public and start-up companies marketing software, workforce productivity, OSHA compliance, outsourcing and consulting services to healthcare, insurance, banking, financial, manufacturing and government sectors. Previous to AET, Mr Borsari was a Co-Founder and Principal at OfficeWork Software from start-up through acquisitions and spin-outs. Prior to OfficeWork Software, as CEO and Co-Founder of Keynomics, Mr. Borsari launched one of the earliest successful ASP (SaaS) delivery systems, marketing workforce productivity and ergonomic improvements to major Healthcare Insurers and Fortune 1000 companies - completing the sale of Keynomics to International Microcomputer Systems Incorporated (IMSI) and then spinning it off to a Silicon Valley venture capital firm. As a wholly owned subsidiary and President of KeySoft, Mr. Borsari successfully navigated the sale of KeySoft to Mindscape / Pearson, PLC. He then participated in the sale of KeySoft to Mattel Interactive along with The Learning Company, Mindscape and Broderbund for $3.6 Billion. While at KeySoft he forged a prestigious Liberty Mutual partnership and became a member of the Office Ergonomic Research Committee along with IBM, Microsoft and Apple. As Senior Vice President and later President of Keyboard Productivity Incorporated (KPI), Mr. Borsari managed both client and consulting relationships in a 48-state territory consisting of 50 Healthcare and Insurance clients. He landed an exclusive Microsoft Co-Marketing and Co-Branding Relationship and then coordinated all aspects of KPI’s sale and relocation to Mindscape / Pearson plc.

Mr. Griffin holds dual roles as Chief Technology Officer of AET and the President of AET Datric. With over 25 years of business and IT experience, Mr. Griffin is responsible for the creative application of technology across AET and for leading the technical division of AET, AET Datric. Prior to AET, Mr. Griffin was the President and co-founder of Datric, Inc. Founded in 2000, Mr. Griffin led Datric to become one of the leading integrators of SAP and enterprise data warehouse solutions with clients such as PepsiCo, Limited Brands, MGM, Disney and GE Aviation and with partners such as HP, Tableau, Vertica, Teradata and Sun. Mr. Griffin’s ability to solve complex business and technology integration challenges resulted in a variety of national and international engagements at some of the world’s best known companies. His creative approach to the resolution of complex data management issues resulted in Agile Data Suite, a patent pending business and technical data integration software suite. Mr. Griffin is the creator and chief architect for this new generation of data management software that will become the basis for many AET products and solutions. Prior to co-founding Datric, Jim was a Principal Consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLC. SAP practice, a Sr. Consultant with Coopers & Lybrand’s National SAP Practice and an IS Manager for Westinghouse, Inc.

As President of AET Consulting, Mr. Hale oversees all public and private consulting for AET’s Federal, Defense, Medical, and Technology services. - He brings over 28 years of successful past performance as a defense industry executive. Previously, Mr. Hale was the Founder and CEO of the DALCORP Advisory Group, Inc. (www.dalcorp.com). Established by Mr. Hale in 1996 and sold in 2008, DALCORP is a successful advisory and consulting firm providing Federal, Defense and International Business Development services to industry with headquarters in the Washington, DC area and support activities in several major Department of Defense (DoD) locations throughout the United States, Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Hale, and his top secret and above cleared staff, specialize in Supply Chain Management, Intell, Command and Control, and Weapon Systems Support with clients such as Boeing, Northrop, IBM, SAP, Oracle, BAE, EADS, Rolls Royce, HP, Sun Microsystems, Daimler, Saab and many others in their areas of subject matter expertise. Since 1982 Mr. Hale has held senior executive positions with large international corporations such as Wang Laboratories, BDM/TRW and Orbital Sciences, with responsibilities to build and manage critical international corporate personnel and assets. As Vice President – Government Relations, Mr. Kemper is responsible for all of AET’s federal sector development and legislative affairs. As Vice President of National Security Programs for Iridium Satellite, LLC, Mr. Kemper provides Business Development and Legislative Counsel for their burgeoning global satellite voice and data services. Mr. Kemper is also the founder and principal of JK3 Associates, LLC, offering outsourced legislative affairs services to firms in the defense sector. Mr. Kemper brings more than 18 years of federal sector business development and legislative affairs experience to AET. Mr. Kemper has an in-depth understanding of technology and how it can be leveraged to improve business processes. Mr. Kemper has worked with both established and aspiring Defense contractors, developing go to market strategies for providers of federated identity management solutions, satellite-based communications-on-the-move, and providers of secure communications solutions. He has successfully lobbied for numerous firms pursuing annual defense appropriations ear marks. Mr. Kemper also served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for NYTOR Technologies, LLC, a provider of NSA-certified cross domain solutions. Mr. Kemper served 8 years as the Vice President of Government Affairs for Cryptek, Inc., a major provider of secure communications solutions to the federal government, where he secured more that $100 Million in appropriations ear marks. Prior to joining Cryptek, Mr. Kemper worked for 7 years in legislative and business development positions with DRS Technologies, a $3.5 Billion defense contractor.

As AET’s Founder, Mr. Newland is responsible for creating and maintaining alliances with business partners as well as finding new and innovative solutions for AET’s clients. Mr. Newland brings over 30 years of successful business development in all phases of sales, marketing, business development and alliance management. He specializes in the deployment of new productivity tools, technology databases and software products throughout all segments of the government and health care markets. He is reputed to have one of the most active, loyal and successful people networks of industry leaders in both the government and health care markets. Mr. Newland has consistently held senior level management positions and has led teams in the successful creation of new business units and wholly-owned subsidiaries of companies that required expansion of existing business, starting new business units, introducing new products and/or services or changing the direction of the company to accommodate the demands of new or changing markets. Mr. Newland's career includes executive level positions with companies such as the National Education Association, Northrop Grumman and Saba Software Corporation. His critical management and business positioning lead to the profitable sale of Candle Corporation to IBM, Tele-Imaging to Gonzales Consulting and other company’s assets in order to satisfy management exit strategies. He has started and managed new companies that were eventually and profitably sold including Association Systems Corporation and Gunnison Associates, Inc.
