As AET’s CEO, Mr. Borsari oversees all aspects of AET’s businesses operations and operating divisions. Mr. Borsari brings over 25 years of senior management responsibility for software and service solutions in private, public and start-up companies marketing software, workforce productivity, OSHA compliance, outsourcing and consulting services to healthcare, insurance, banking, financial, manufacturing and government sectors. Previous to AET, Mr Borsari was a Co-Founder and Principal at OfficeWork Software from start-up through acquisitions and spin-outs. Prior to OfficeWork Software, as CEO and Co-Founder of Keynomics, Mr. Borsari launched one of the earliest successful ASP (SaaS) delivery systems, marketing workforce productivity and ergonomic improvements to major Healthcare Insurers and Fortune 1000 companies - completing the sale of Keynomics to International Microcomputer Systems Incorporated (IMSI) and then spinning it off to a Silicon Valley venture capital firm. As a wholly owned subsidiary and President of KeySoft, Mr. Borsari successfully navigated the sale of KeySoft to Mindscape / Pearson, PLC. He then participated in the sale of KeySoft to Mattel Interactive along with The Learning Company, Mindscape and Broderbund for $3.6 Billion. While at KeySoft he forged a prestigious Liberty Mutual partnership and became a member of the Office Ergonomic Research Committee along with IBM, Microsoft and Apple. As Senior Vice President and later President of Keyboard Productivity Incorporated (KPI), Mr. Borsari managed both client and consulting relationships in a 48-state territory consisting of 50 Healthcare and Insurance clients. He landed an exclusive Microsoft Co-Marketing and Co-Branding Relationship and then coordinated all aspects of KPI’s sale and relocation to Mindscape / Pearson plc.

As President of AET Consulting, Mr. Hale oversees all public and private consulting for AET’s Federal, Defense, Medical, and Technology services. - He brings over 28 years of successful past performance as a defense industry executive. Previously, Mr. Hale was the Founder and CEO of the DALCORP Advisory Group, Inc. (www.dalcorp.com). Established by Mr. Hale in 1996 and sold in 2008, DALCORP is a successful advisory and consulting firm providing Federal, Defense and International Business Development services to industry with headquarters in the Washington, DC area and support activities in several major Department of Defense (DoD) locations throughout the United States, Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Hale, and his top secret and above cleared staff, specialize in Supply Chain Management, Intell, Command and Control, and Weapon Systems Support with clients such as Boeing, Northrop, IBM, SAP, Oracle, BAE, EADS, Rolls Royce, HP, Sun Microsystems, Daimler, Saab and many others in their areas of subject matter expertise. Since 1982 Mr. Hale has held senior executive positions with large international corporations such as Wang Laboratories, BDM/TRW and Orbital Sciences, with responsibilities to build and manage critical international corporate personnel and assets. His successful executive past performance and global reputation allowed him the opportunity to establish his own consulting firm in 1996 and relocate to the Washington, DC area whereas he recruited former senior government and industry personnel such as the CIO/DHS, CIO/CIA, CIO/Joint Forces Command, Air Force PEO for Logistics and Combat Systems, Assistant Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Logistics and Material Readiness, Navy Vice Commander NAVAIR to mention a few.

As AET’s Founder, Mr. Newland is responsible for creating and maintaining alliances with business partners as well as finding new and innovative solutions for AET’s clients. Mr. Newland brings over 30 years of successful business development in all phases of sales, marketing, business development and alliance management. He specializes in the deployment of new productivity tools, technology databases and software products throughout all segments of the government and health care markets. He is reputed to have one of the most active, loyal and successful people networks of industry leaders in both the government and health care markets. Mr. Newland has consistently held senior level management positions and has led teams in the successful creation of new business units and wholly-owned subsidiaries of companies that required expansion of existing business, starting new business units, introducing new products and/or services or changing the direction of the company to accommodate the demands of new or changing markets. Mr. Newland's career includes executive level positions with companies such as the National Education Association, Northrop Grumman and Saba Software Corporation. His critical management and business positioning lead to the profitable sale of Candle Corporation to IBM, Tele-Imaging to Gonzales Consulting and other company’s assets in order to satisfy management exit strategies. He has started and managed new companies that were eventually and profitably sold including Association Systems Corporation and Gunnison Associates, Inc.

Mr. Griffin holds dual roles as Chief Technology Officer of AET and the President of AET Datric. With over 25 years of business and IT experience, Mr. Griffin is responsible for the creative application of technology across AET and for leading the technical division of AET, AET Datric. Prior to AET, Mr. Griffin was the President and co-founder of Datric, Inc. Founded in 2000, Mr. Griffin led Datric to become one of the leading integrators of SAP and enterprise data warehouse solutions with clients such as PepsiCo, Limited Brands, MGM, Disney and GE Aviation and with partners such as HP, Tableau, Vertica, Teradata and Sun. Mr. Griffin’s ability to solve complex business and technology integration challenges resulted in a variety of national and international engagements at some of the world’s best known companies. His creative approach to the resolution of complex data management issues resulted in Agile Data Suite, a patent pending business and technical data integration software suite. Mr. Griffin is the creator and chief architect for this new generation of data management software that will become the basis for many AET products and solutions. Prior to co-founding Datric, Jim was a Principal Consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLC. SAP practice, a Sr. Consultant with Coopers & Lybrand’s National SAP Practice and an IS Manager for Westinghouse, Inc.

Alan is Vice President of Sales for the Medical Division of Agile Edge Technologies (AET). He is leading the development of sales activities, including relationships with distribution partners and direct sales personnel. He is responsible for developing sales strategies, monitoring sales processes, alliances, partners, channels, and direct sales in the medical and health care markets. Alan has more than 25 years of sales management experience for high technology companies with concentration in the last 5 years on Medical sales.Alan has deep experience building successful sales teams in high technology areas including imaging, document management, work process reengineering, and medical devises. This experience includes:BizTech Healthcare Solutions, Vice President of Sales. BizTech is a privately held corporation which provides Document Management, Chart Management and innovative software products to hospitals and medical practices. CEYONIQ Inc., Vice President of Sales. responsible for restructuring Direct and Partners sales programs. Working with foreign purchasers to merge sales operations and develop sales strategies. Responsible for sales operations in North and South America. DoxSys Inc., Vice President of Sales. DoxSys was a subsidiary of Federal Data Corporation. Responsible for Business Development and sales for a client server software integration company focusing exclusively on the government market. Duties include development of sales teams and strategic business partnerships for major government procurement projects. Infodata System Inc. Director of Health and Environmental Services. Initially a public company, Infodata was sold to an investment firm. Alan Has a BS Degree in Chemistry, a Masters Degree in Chemistry and has completed all course and comprehensive exams toward a PhD in Instructional System Design from the University of Colorado. He has publications entitled: “Managing Content on Large Websites”, “The Visitor-Centric Website”, “Document Management: Information, Form, or Process?”. In addition he presented a paper entitled “The Role of Media in a World of Limited Resources” to a Joint Congressional Committee on Energy policy.

As the Chief of Staff, David oversees the day to day operations of AET consulting. In addition he is working with AET Medical to develop its go to market strategies that have helped define AET as a dominant player in the medical market. He brings over 27 years of experience in the Federal, Medical, and Financial markets where his focus has been on taking innovative technology solutions from inception to maturity. He has worked in a wide range of organizations and programs including: Solos Endoscopy, Founding Partner. As one of the founding members of this privately held company David drove the growth of the military medical market to over $100m in annual revenues over a 3 year period. In addition to his role in driving revenues he worked as part of the management team to prepare Solos for their acquisition by Bard Medical. Native American Systems, Director of Federal Business. David developed systems and controls for the Veterans Administration and helped with their internal management to standardize their data and communications infrastructure to enhance their delivery of services to veterans across the country. Advance Spectralogic Portal program (DOE/NNSA) Congressional Subject Matter Expert. David was key in developing the future state of nuclear non-proliferation. He led the charge to standardize procedure across 21 host countries and established a service delivery organization that had the overarching responsibility to mange, maintain and provide for the support of daily operations. The program was funded for over $10b and continues to grow on an annual basis. NAVFAC/GUAM, Capture Manager, he led the team to develop a risk mitigation strategy that lead to the award of $1.9B program to modernize the operation of GUAM military facility. The program included the facilitation of vendor relationships to support the Navy medical facility on the base. Management of vendors, logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing were key elements in the success of this program. David started his career serving the federal intelligence community and continues to keep close ties to the community dating back 25 years. David has spent his career driving revenues for companies such as The Washington Group, Siemens, Black & Veatch and Bard. Born, bred and raised in the Washington DC metro area. He currently lives in Manchester, MD with his wife and two beautiful daughters.

Scott is the CMO for AET. He guides and develops the branding of AET and its positioning throughout all areas of media. Scott has been with AET from its beginning and was responsible for the team tasked with the design and launch of the company’s website along with other marketing collaterals. He also provides marketing direction and services for our clients as a function of our Agile Methodology Model™. Scott has been responsible for the marketing and sales results for the following companies: Reverse Mortgage of New England, Director of Marketing. Responsible for rebranding and repositioning the transition into a completely new business direction and focus. Designed and implemented new website, new corporate logo, marketing collaterals and print advertising. Managed media advertising program and was voice talent for commercials. Jay Cashman Inc., Assistant to the Chairman. Working for one of Boston’s “Big Dig” Heavy Construction firms, Scott had a wide range of responsibilities including development and implementation of corporate marketing and advertising, new venture assessment / due diligence research and community outreach and relations. DIRTPILE.com, Director of Marketing responsible for positioning Dirtpile.com as a information and e-commerce portal for the Heavy Highway and Marine Construction Industry. Member of the web design and development team for the site, implemented banner advertising program and created advertising campaigns. Additionally, designed, developed and operated the e-Commerce equipment store for heavy equipment sales. The Cambridge Group, As Director of Marketing for a privately held commercial real estate marketing company serving national, regional and local commercial property owners. Responsible for all aspects of marketing strategy, advertising, promotion and positioning for various commercial real estate properties from Class A office buildings to manufacturing facilities. Developed specific marketing plans for commercial properties both for sale and lease. Managed fee based consulting for clients. Developed market analysis for corporate clients to guide them in their real estate decision making process and negotiated Purchase & Sales or Lease Agreements where required. Scott received his degree in Communications from Bethel University in Minnesota and serves on several non-profit boards.
